The office provides comprehensive services related to the cadastral process and the management of property data within the Hellenic Cadastre. Services cover all stages of the process, from initial registration to the correction of geometric data.
Property Declarations and Cadastral Procedures
We undertake the preparation and submission of property declarations for all stages of the cadastral process, including initial registration, pre-publication, final publication and first registrations.
Support is also provided for correction requests and objections.
Geometric Corrections and Spatial Changes
In cases where discrepancies exist between the actual property and the cadastral records, geospatial data is examined and diagrams are prepared for spatial corrections.
These corrections may be carried out either through out-of-court procedures or through legal processes.
